A "Cookie" is a small piece of data or text file stored on the local hard disk of your computer or mobile device. These include our own first-party Cookies and third-party Cookies. Some Cookies are only stored temporarily and deleted each time you close your web browser. Others may remain on your browser and may collect and store data for a period of time after you have left the Platform.
•

Other Information
We may combine the information we collect about you from different sources, including to generate inferences, to help us enhance and improve our products and services, and tailor our communications to you.
2. How We Use Your Information
We generally use the information we collect for the following business or marketing purposes:
•
Provide, customize and improve our products and services. For example, we use the information we collect about you to provide the Services, to improve and develop new services, features and functionality and to understand and analyze the usage trends and preferences of our users. •
Communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions. For example, we may send emails to the email address you provide to us for promotional purposes, such as account management or customer service. We may also use your information to send you promotional communications by mail. If you prefer not to receive such promotional communications from us, you may opt-out by following the instructions included in those communications.
•
Comply with applicable law and enforce our legal rights. We may also use the information we collect about you from or about you for the following purposes: (i) to enforce our terms and other legal rights, including intellectual property rights; (ii) to comply with all applicable law, regulations, or legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; (iii) in response to requests by government agencies, such as law enforcement authorities; and (iv) to comply with industry standards and our policies.
•
Otherwise with your consent or as described to you at the time of collection. In addition, we will use your information to reach out to you, either ourselves or using the appropriate authorities, if either we or a Facilitator has a good reason to believe that you or any other person may be in danger of harming yourself or may be the cause of the victim of a criminal act.
3. Third Parties
Third parties with whom we share your information
•
Service Providers. We work with third party service providers who provide development, hosting and other services. These third parties may have access to, or process, information you provide and information we collect automatically in connection with providing us these services.
•

We also reserve the right to transfer information we provide and information we collect automatically to a buyer, potential transactional partners or other third parties in connection with the consideration, negotiation or completion of a corporate transaction in which we are acquired by or merged with another company or we sell, liquidate or transfer all or a portion of our assets or the usability extent of a bankruptcy.

Third parties advertising, links and content
We allow third parties, including business partners, advertising networks and other advertising service providers, to collect your information through cookies, web beacons and other technologies on the Services. This information may be collected over time and combined with information collected across different online services.
These third parties may use this information to deliver advertisements in the Services that are tailored to your interests, preferences and characteristics. You may be able to opt out of this interest-based advertising through your device settings. In addition, some ad tech companies participate in industry-developed programs designed to provide consumers choices about whether to receive targeted advertising. Please visit the websites operated by the Network Advertising Initiative and Digital Advertising Alliance to learn more.
Do-Not-Track Signals and Similar Mechanisms.
Some web browsers may transmit "do-not-track" signals to the websites with which the user communicates. Because of differences in how web browsers incorporate and activate this feature, it is not always clear whether users intend for these signals to be transmitted or whether they even are aware of them. Because there currently is no industry standard concerning what, if anything, websites should do when they receive such signals, the Services currently do not take action in response to these signals. If and when a final standard is established and accepted, we will reassess how to respond to these signals.
4. How We Hold and Protect Your Information
We use certain physical, administrative and technical measures that are intended to maintain the integrity and security of information that we collect and maintain. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot and do not guarantee that information about you will not be accessed, viewed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical or managerial safeguards. Moreover, ANTAR cannot guarantee the security of networks that we do not control, including the internet and any wireless networks over which information may be transmitted to ANTAR.
5. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect information online from children under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to become users. If you tell us that we have collected information from a child under the age of 18, we will promptly take steps to delete any personal information collected in accordance with applicable law.
6. International Users
The Services are intended for users located within the United States. If you choose to use the services from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then please note that you may be transferring your personal information outside of those regions to the United States for storage and processing. Also, we may transfer your data from the U.S. to other countries or regions in connection with storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating the Services.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You may, of course, decline to share certain information with us, in which case we may not be able to provide you some of the features and functionality of the Services. If you wish to exercise any legal rights you may have to access or amend any personal information we hold about you, you may contact us at info@antar.life.
Depending on where you live, you may have certain additional rights as described in this section. These rights do not apply to all information processed by ANTAR.
With respect to personal information covered by this Privacy Policy, you may have the right to request the personal information we have collected by submitting a request at info@antar.life. Additionally, you may have the right to request that your personal information not be sold to third parties. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Any rights you may have are not unlimited and are subject to certain limitations. For example, we are unable to provide you with certain information unless your identity. To verify your identity, we may need you to authenticate your account or collect additional information from you, such as date of birth, address, or answers to questions about publicly available personal information. You may have the right to authorize an agent to make certain requests on your behalf.
We do not sell personal information to, or share personal information with, third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
8. Accessing and Correcting Your Information

9. Changes to Our Privacy and Practices
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our information practices or relevant laws. To inform you of any change, we will post the updated Privacy Policy on the Services and indicate at the top of the Privacy Policy when it was updated.

We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary to or our service provider(s) to:
• Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, provide a service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you or otherwise perform our contract with you;

You may also make a request on behalf of your minor child.
You may only make a request for access twice within a 12-month period. Your request must:
• Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative;
• Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Making a request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.
Response Timing and Format
We try to respond to a request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
For Requests to Access, our response will only cover the 12-month period preceding the request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. We will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily usable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

• Deny you services;
• Charge you different prices or rates for services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties;
